This group is founded by a few Ethiopian community members. The goal of the group is to serve our community by providing advising service and facilitating sharing of information among our community. This group is growing and members has a wide range of professional background and they are ready to help.

o Email distribution lists for this group will be created and maintained.

o Email will be the main means of exchanging information.

o Phone calls also used to provide specific advice to the community member requesting it.

o There will be an annual in-person or online meeting to review and update the group’s goals and performance.

o The group would elect a couple of people to manage the group’s email list.

o The elected persons will need to have a much better knowledge of the resources that this group offers and will help in redirecting service requesting people to the right professional.

o New and better Ideas that help provide a better service to the community will be discussed and adapted as needed.
